Media Blasting

Media Blasting parts is a crucial part of the prep process that ensures all rust/corrosion is removed, and leaves the ideal texture to the substrate to promote adhesion for the coating. We use all types of media/grits, from Aluminum Oxide, to Coal Slag, Glass Bead, and even Walnut for those more sensitive parts.

On-Site Media Blasting

We also offer On-Site Media Blasting for projects of all kinds ranging from Trailers, Frames, Heavy Equipment, Pools, Wooden Structures (Decks, Log Homes, Etc.), Fire Restoration, Etc.

Powder Coating

Powder Coating is a dry finishing process that applies a fine, electrostatically charged powder of pigment and resin to a surface. It's then cured in an oven at temps up to 400°F creating an extremely durable finish that is fully cured once cooled down (No more waiting weeks/months for your parts to be fully cured like paint!). Parts must be conductive (metals such as Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Etc.) in order to be properly powder coated.

We specialize in the custom side of the Powder Coating industry, catering to the automotive enthusiasts, but we also take on jobs of all kinds, including but not limited to parts like Outdoor Furniture, House Vents, Misc. Brackets, Sinks, Etc.

Industrial/Commercial: We do take on plenty of these Coating jobs as well, but are limited to the size of our oven (8'x6½'x4'). Contact us to see if we can take on your job!

Ceramic Coating

Specialty Wet-Spray coatings that are made for a wide range of applications. Most commonly known for their thin film build and high heat capabilities (up to 1800°F), brands such as Cerakote have been a staple in the coating industry for durability where powder coating may not be applicable. Oven cure and air cure are available for most of these coatings, allowing a much wider range of parts to be Ceramic Coated than Powder Coated.

Quality and customer service are next to none, guaranteed!
